So one of my coworkers who has given me plenty of grief about my watches showed up today with his sleeves rolled up wearing him a shiny new......Tag Heuer.
He had not sized it yet, so I was dangling off his wrist, but you could tell he wanted me to ask about it. Anyhow, I held off on asking about it for the first couple of minutes of him talking with his arms wailing all over the place, and when I did finally ask he said it was an engagement gift. (he got engaged this past weekend, sucker
)I wasn't that impressed, and honestly felt like my Hamilton was higher quality, but needless to say I looked it over for a minute and asked him if he was enjoying it.
I diplomatically welcomed him to the watch world, and pointed him in the direction of the AD who may be able to help him take a couple links out.
