Ok...the idea of selling two for one is back on the table. Do I move these two for a Black Themes?? It's giving up two wonderful watches for another wonderful watch. What to do??

If they were mine Sergio, I'd definitely do it the trade.

The AP ROO is (IMHO) a much better watch than either of those, and especially the IWC. The JLC is a very very nice watch, but the ROO is just such an iconic piece that I wouldn't hesitate. For quite a while I was never a massive fan of the ROO all the time they weren't using a fully in-house movement - but now they are and that makes them just about worth the money.

Do it!

Thanks Driver. To be fair. my IWC has been keeping extremely accurate time. I know others, including yourself, have had issues with the Big Pilot 7day. I love the IWC and NSC but they both see very little wrist time...I know I'd wear the AP a lot more frequently because it's both sporty and dressy. Where as the IWC is dressy and the NSC is sporty.

I'm going for it :!: :!: A fellow member on bsource wants the 7day...now I just need to move the JLC and it's Black Themes time.

I'd make the move as well. I wore a black themes when I was at Govberg and it was simply amazing.

Well I'll be the voice of dissent. The ROO does nothing for me while both the IWC and JLC are 'different' in their own ways.

Sounds like the decision is already made though.

I'm with Roff on this one, just don't see the attraction with the ROO :? .

Not even a close call for me. I adore the ROO black themes. It is by far my favorite ROO. By far.

I totally agree. The 7day is GONE and off to a lucky new owner. Now I need to move the NSC and then order the ROO. Anyone want a sweet @$$ Navy Seals Chrono?? Montexn? RJ? Come on guys.

I guess I'm too late to this party, but I'm with Roff. I don't like the ROO line at all, but I'm in the minority. I really like the Portuguese and the JLC, though.

I traded 3 watches for my AP ROO Panda and I have not regretted the decision for a minute.

Wow, you didn't waste any time dude. After seeing that pic of the black themes I gotta say I think you made the right choice. And I love the other two but that ROO is just on a different level.

I don't see the appeal in AP either... maybe it's one of those watches you have to see or try on to truly appreciate...

then again I said the same thing about Rolex too so I should keep my mouth shut... :|

i like the look of the black themes if it were me i think that i would go panda. is that pic of the black themes sitting on your wrist? if so it looks like a perfect fit. its an amazing watch and driver is right very iconic piece. IMO owning this one is worth getting rid of the other 2.

I say get the Roo, the pieces you have now are nice but the Roo is just at another level ,and it looks like nothing else. I also say get the Roo so it could be one of my pieces on down the road when you decide to buy a Patek, your watch collection is growing toward Altair's , leaving us Breitling bums in the wind.
