Howdy folks, I did a quick search and didn't see anything about this (apologies if it is old news):

It's a summary of an ongoing court case between Omega and Costco which may well have significant implications on grey market sales. The ramifications may also extend well beyond high end timepieces.

This is the case which has been going on for quite a while.

My personal opinion is that US Court should side with US consumers and companies and put this case to rest, given potential effects on wide range of US industries (who would have thought of libraries!?).
