Post subject:  Anyone know where i can get the Blnacpain fastening System?
I am looking to get the quick strap change system, it can be seen here:

If any one has any leads that would be super! No mention of it online any where!

never mind, just found out the bracelet costs 5500 USD. no not 550, 55 zero zero :shock:

The tool alone costs 1200 USD :shock: :shock:

The tool seems worth it but not the bracelet..Do you mean the rubber strap that is in with the tool costs 5500?

no by bracelet I mean the metal bracelet, the tool kit includes a basic rubber strap and the tool kit.

Insane! I paid 7200 for brand new Fifty Fathoms! The cost of the bracelet and the tool I would need to change to it would cost almost as much as I paid for the entire watch!

Oh and the strap has no micro adjustment mechanism either :|

I personally am a bracelet lover but in this case I feel the watch should be on the strap. At least I feel that way seeing the watch in pics never being on the bracelet. If I were you I still would be getting the strap tool and strap but not the bracelet.

The only bracelet I see is at the bottom in the ad from 1953 - I would assume there have been some updates since then?

Any pics of the actual bracelet?

I mentioned in your IWC thread that I was shocked at the price of the bracelet last time I tried on a FF. I said it was $2500. It was a few months ago so I must have forgotten, but $5500 sounds more like what it was. I just remember the horror, and asking if she could double check the price since I was sure they had made a mistake. :shock:
