I placed an order worth £120 almost 2 weeks ago and apart from the automated email I've not received my order or a response to a follow up email, just wondered if anyone else has placed an order in the last couple of weeks? Stef |

I bought a bergeon 6767F tool on Tuesday. I got some immediate emails that day and a couple more on Thursday letting me know about payment confirmation. |

I finally got an email reply yesterday, apparently their system didn't email me with the status of the order which it should have done. The particular tool I ordered is sent direct from Bergeon and they are currently on a 2 week summer factory break. Stef |
