if you intend to buy your next or new Breitling never go to Bailey Banks & Biddle! - horrible people & a bunch of liars! - go to Ross-Simmons or Orologio or Tourneau. i know i should'nt went there in the first place but they have a discount at the time but i just found out that all the stores i mentioned above does the same! the guy was'nt very helpful to me because i made an exchange before & it was 200 dollars less, eventhough the receipt says 30 day return & 90 day exhange priveledge! i can be an a%^hole & return the watch & go somewhere else but i;m not like that. i was pissed off because he said - the only way you can make an exchange is to UPGRADE! wow! i know already that his trying to rip me off!!! is this normal? what should i do? pls. advice. |

Ask your AD to present printed, well visible facts to back up his claim that you only can exchange when upgrading. That sound like nonsense to me. It might be that you'll get the difference as a credit to buy something else, but that depends on their policy. Just ask for their written policy on the exchange/return that was mentioned on the receipt and you should then have all facts. |
