Anyone heard of/had experience with these guys? I find myself oddly attracted to the whimsical dial of the Air Commando D44S.

No direct experience, but they have a decent reputation. Swiss made generic movements as you would expect at the price - but the movements are Swiss. Some models have sliver cases which I'm not so sure about, but others have the more normal steel.

If you are going to pick one up they tend to be cheaper on eBay than directly through their site.
