Hi all, just received this beauty today and I love it! Stowa Flieger no-logo COSC ![]() ![]() ![]() Is it a keeper? Hmmm, not sure, but I am certainly going to wear it for the next few days and find out! Mark |

Mmmm I like it. What's the diameter? I've been looking for a beater pilot watch. I laid my eyes/wrist on an IWC Classic a few weeks ago and I've had an itch... Also my cockpit it out for service and there is a vacancy to fill in the rotation! The admin posted a review of an Eklund that I've begun hunting down. Apparently there is a dealer in Chicago... This had a DB right? Show us some ETA 2824/2 love! |

You can't beat a good traditional pilot's watch in your collection. Nice that your Stowa is COSC too. That white second hand with the blue opposite end, and the blue hour and minute hands is identical to one of the very first large pilots watches from the 1940's that was created for the Luftwaffe by IWC. That was a bit of a monster at 55mm if I recall, which your Stowa obviously isn't, but the look is very similar. I like it. ![]() |

Thanks guys ![]() Measures approx 40mm without and 43mm with crown. You are quite right Ian, it does have a display back. Here is the previous owners pic of the movement. I would show one of mine, but there is no light here ![]() Mark |
