I have used my Cape Cod's a few times now, and I know the basics and know it will take off the AR coating.

My question is this: Do you polish with the pink cloth(up to 1 hour) and just wipe down with a cloth? Or do I polish with the cloth after appying the pink cloth substance?

The directions are very vague.

Polish with the pink cloth (which will soon be black) until you think thats got to be enough and then polish some more. Finish by wiping down the polished area with the other clost or any microfiber cloth and/or time to wash the watch with a soft toothbrush and mild soap in cool water. The polishing compound will squeeze in between the links on your bracelet and you cant really "wipe" it off, so I always polish to the shiney finish that suits me and then give it a bath.

Oh and dont throw away a darkened cloth, they still work just fine after the new pink in gone. Just put it in a sandwich bag to keep it from drying out.

Yours came with 2 cloths? Mine came with just the pink cloths. Weird

The individual (2 cloth) packets are only that, 2 pink polishing cloths. But if you order the 12 cloth "tin" it also includes a white "dry" cloth. Your not missing out on anything, as a micro fiber cloth will work just fine to remove the polishing compound (along with a good wash!). I bought the tin becase its a lot cheaper per cloth.

Thanks for the info. I bought the 2 pack on eBay for a Buck. One of the best dollars I ever spent. :D
