If I had desired the PAM112 for a long while, that's nothing compared to how long I've wanted a nice JLC. Something have always kept me though - the size, the price...

Finally I had the opportunity of a great deal - many thanks to Justin and RJRJRJ for giving me contact details, but in the end the great deal came from elsewhere.

Jaeger LeCoultre Master Compressor Extreme World Alarm (phew, takes forever to write down):

I really love the quick strap change system - very handy!

The only bad thing about this watch - the deployant is kind of crappy, the same way like a Zenith deployant is. It uses the actual holes which limits sizing options and also the way it is designed I think it actually creates more wear than a normal tang.

Great pick up(s) Aleister! I'm not personally a huge fan of the 112, but the JLC is absolutely superb. Excellent work!

That is such a dramatic upgrade over a PAM as to almost not be a relevant comparison. BEAUTIFUL watch there!

Somehow I knew this would be a little bit more greeted than the PAM. :D

Thank you for the compliments. And a thank you should also go out to Altair, who's pics sent me over the edge to make the decision.

A stunning edition to the family Aleister, congratulations! I'm really starting to become a HUGE fan of the Master Compressor line and of that watch in particular. I bet it's living on your wrist right now.

That strap change system does seem to be the simplest I've come across. Nice collection of straps also. I'm jealous

The sound of the alarm is beautiful! Altair made a youtube-clip where you can hear it - it's very crisp and clear, a pleasure to use.

congrats the watch looks awesome i was looking at the exact same piece when i was in st lucia with my wife. the quick straps are a huge plus in my book. Plus the watch feels really comfortable and lite on the wrist. definately a piece that you can dress up or dress down depending on your mood. once again congrats and enjoy the watch
