I guess not then!

It is a nice looking watch, although I looked on their website and couldn't find it. What is it called?

I have some familiarity with the brand, they have some interesting pieces and the Cuba connection is interesting. Can't give an owner's experience though.

I posted a question about them a while back:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4818&p=38153&hilit=cuervo+y+sobrinos#p38153
I think it's fairly safe to say that if anyone here has one, they're keeping it quiet.

They certainly seem to do some interesting things with their cases.

I've seen the one in the pic before, from memory it's an LE and the name has something to do with Pirata.

Saw some at a local AD. Cool looking, but I didnt check out any of the prices... what do these things go for?

Most of the standard models I've seen have been in 2-8k (USD) range, depending on model and case material. These are mostly grey market prices though.

That moonphase was a LE of 125, list price was about 14,000 I think.

You're a better Googler than me Otto! I tried and couldn't find it!

Anyway, yes it's a great looking piece, but $14,000!?? Not for me.

No, I'm a very average Googler, I just had the advantage that I vaguely recalled the name of the thing!

Wonder how many of them actually sold for $14,000, suspect it wasn't many.

Yes they are pricey. It was that one or my PAM212 for a notch less.

I went with the PAM212 and the rest funded my gf's 20th anniversary gift

I find that watch to be more eye candy, but i'm not a big eye candy person (hence why my two cars are BLACK :nana: ).

Hi All!

I too am somewhat familiar with them & I would not give them a penny - they are in bed with Fidel Castro and Cuba's Communist Party - but thats just my opinion then again I was born in Havana lol but true!!! :guns: :guns: :guns: The Only Good Commie Is A Dead Commie!

Best Regards,
