following tozzle's presentation of his chronomaster xxt open, i literally could not stop drooling everytime i saw those pics. i kept bothering t.o. through pm's with my newbie questions. i did alot of research about the brand/movement, went to a couple ad's and tried them on. in the end i felt the "openness" of the chronomaster is a bit too big for my liking, and i've always favored the more sporty arabics...so i went with the grande class open in white/silver!

watch wears a comfortable 44mm on my wrist (the extra 1mm on the chrono made a diff imo). almost quartz-like accurate, the el primero has fluctuated between 0-2 sec for the whole week depending on the power reserve! right now it's +1sec as of last thursday  . i hope the watch eventually settles down :P

been raining cats and dogs so just a couple pics (even worse than usual w/minimal lighting)...it's beautiful in person (more so than the iwc 5001 imo). going off-trail again, thinking of a ulysse nardin or glashutte bracelet next.

Indeed an excellent choice! I envy you for having a Zenith dealership nearby. The nearest one to me is 800 miles away!

Glad to here about the time keeping. i think mine is about +/- 2 mins a week - not to bad but i dont keep the reserve de marche half way like you, its always on full due to me stiking it in the winder each night

Good to see another Zenith, very nice pick up.

Mine loses about one second every four days - I can live with that

That's a beautiful piece. Sporty yet elegant. I may need to look into Zenith a little more . . .

Congrats, it's beautiful, and definitely a good thing to see another Zenith on the board.

Mine keeps very good time, although I haven't tested it yet so I can't say precisely how good.
