Is apparently on the FedEx truck for delivery. :D

I know the tracking site won't update until it's been delivered, but I keep checking it anyway. More evidence of compulsive behaviour. You all know what I'm talking about.

And it has landed.

It's a Bell & Ross BR 02, guess I'm still a dive watch fan at heart.

Here's the obligatory wrist shot. Excuse the terrible picture, I'm stuck at the office so I took it with my phone, and the crystal still has the plastic on it:

Congratulations Otto! It's been a busy month indeed, you should get in on the LE buy as well.

Looks good on your wrist, how big is that beauty.

Thanks Tim. Yes it has been a busy month, Amex must think I've gone insane.

It's 44mm, but it's a big 44. Wears bigger than my PAM 111, but it has a slight curve so it's really comfortable even on my small wrist. It's also thick, much more so than the BR 01 I used to have.

Re the LE buy, the design looks great but the problem I have is that it looks too much like my IWC. Fairly sure I would always choose to wear the IWC over the Steinhart.

Very nice - a little different from the stereotypical BR look and it's a great size for you.

Nice pick up indeed! I personally much prefer the BR-02 range over the BR-01. Nice one Otto.

Belated thanks, Jay and D8. I haven't posted in over a week because I've been in Noosa, wearing the BR in the surf and in the pool. Sadly it's going to have to go back for some warranty issues (not related to water resistance), but I love it even more than I thought I would, and I can't wait to get it sorted out and back on my wrist. No joking, I also took the Panerai and the Zenith away with me and they hardly saw my wrist.

Never had to send a new watch back before, but I'm not too disappointed because I've had time to bond with it and at the price I paid I can't really complain.
