I pretty much settled on getting the Wolf 2.0 Watch Winder from a listing on Ebay for $200. See Link:

My only concern is that when I checked the specs on Wolf's site they say the winder only rotates 600x/day when my Navi with the B23 movement requires 800. Is this going to be a problem? Also, what are your opinions on Wolf Winders.

The lack of sufficient rotations will be a problem if you leave the watch on there for several days - over time the mainspring will wind down. However, if the watch is only going to be there for a day or so then it won't be time enough to be a problem.
