Can't say I'm surprised. I intended to buy a watch from him last month, as I found the model I was after (a PAM312) for a really good price - approximately $1000 less than any other on the market. I thought that was a little bit too good so I started to check him out. I found that in some ads he says he's in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria - in other ads that he's in one of the Spain islands (interestingly enough a specific island where it's actually legal to sell fakes...). That, and one disputable reference at Paneristi was enough to put me off. I'm really sorry for those who got conned though, and sincerely hope that no forum members are victims. |

Sadly, despite the fact that 99% of people in the WIS community are honest, there is always going to be some one who sees this mutual trust as a way to scam people. Caveat Emptor or whatever the phrase is. |
