Its the first time I've seen it, sat amongst dozens of other Zeniths. Love at first sight!!

Its going for 5000 gbp....brand new. Now I'm thinking of what I can sell to finance it!

Beautiful watch...absolutely stunning

Yeah, they are rather nice aren't they!

Was considering a Mega Port Royal Open Concept, but the movement is the same as my El Primero. I'm not generally a fan of square / rectangular watches, but the Zeniths are very nice - not a bad one in the range.

This is whats so great about this forum and watches themselves! Im not a huge fan of rectangular/squares watches either especially out of that Zenith line I cannot imagine wanting that one. However, I love that your love it and hope we get to see home HOLIDAY WRIST SHOTS!

Good point, and point well taken! :D

Its not everyones' cup of tea....just like PAMs for example. I do like the 250 and Regatta series....but the 111 etc. look a little boring? Only cool and imaginative straps make Marina PAMs more fun to me.

Anyway I digress. On the Zenith PR Open Concept; I love it because it reminds me of an architectural design (being a designer, this interests me).
The multi facets of the case, various reliefs and textures of the dial. The jewels and escapement teasing the eye... and then you turn it over...mmmm luvverly!!!

Geeky as it may sound, I've been pondering for most of the night on how I can afford this....but I can't!

Might have to sell a kidney

The other one in the range that I like is the Class Open. In the flesh, its fabulous! Has some real presence to it. The one in the middle is the one I'm referring to

I just love that. Wish I could afford another watch, but I'll have to be satisfied with my BB for quite some time yet!

Forgive my ignorance, but is that moon phase at the bottom or something else?

Very nice!

Zenith has also reissued some classic designs from the 60s/70s.

One day!

There are some pretty amazing timepieces out there, and Zenith certainly make quite a few. I love the shape of that one, although that particular model is not for me. I can certainly relate to your enthusiasm, though. Just remember one thing, that I always tell myself: If you want it badly enough, you will get it! While the price is an awful lot of money, it's not a King's ransom, and I am sure you will get it!
I always find when I am so passionate about these watches, that the anticipation and discussion with like-minded folks is more than half the fun. Then the excitement of actually picking up the watch!
Enjoy the whole experience, it looks like a very intriguing watch.
Cheers,
Carl
