got into a new flow as of late, I used to change what I wear as frequentely as twise a day amd that was fun for a while, but after a while I got so aquinted with all my pieces I found myself getting bored with them and not looking forward to the change so much. Well two months ago I started a new rotation scheme, now I have 10 watches in the safe and the essentials on the winder/box, my dress watch (Omega Railmaster) a knock-around watch (blue Oris Diver) and a true beater watch (Casio G-Shock for the real rough stuff and time calibration of the mechanicals) plus just ONE rotation nice watch per week, a breitling Chronomat, a 6.75, a PAM 233, IWC BI etc and have found that now I am getting that "ooh" moment when I strap the watches on again, its almost like when I first bought them and I am re-discovering what originaly attracted me in each individual watch! Just thought I would throw this out there, if you have more than one watch try and hide the other for a while and you will discover you are enjoying yoru collection much more than when you constantly change them up. |

Interesting. I'd never thought of it that way, but it makes sense to me. For some reason I hadn't worn my PO in a couple of weeks, but I strapped it on this morning (Omega aficionados will understand why I had to wear one today) and I've been staring at it all day. It's as if I'd forgotten how much I like it. Might be worth a try. ![]() |

It works, I can attest to that. I too wore my Railmaster, though I wish I had a Speedy! |

I don't have a hard and fast rotation approach - generally keep half a dozen to hand and grab one of them each day - generally different to the day before. I will switch out some of the watches that I keep to hand every few weeks, but generally only one or two - haven't tried swapping out all of them - might be worth it...... |
