Ultrasonic cleaners are great for cleaning jewelry. They remove all the accumulated body oils, dirt, etc. One will do the same thing for your bracelet after you remove it from the watch.
As has been previously stated, never put the watch in the ultrasonic. When the watch is disassembled for service only some parts of it are run through the ultrasonic. Certain parts of the movement are not supposed to be immersed in the solutions. Of course the dial and hands don't go in either. I've never had the ultrasonic blast friction set jewels out of the plate or bridge, although I guess it could happen if they are not set properly. They will, however, remove dial screws from the plate!
