I noticed a lot of these manual wind vintage Glashuttes are pretty cheap...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0378483858

this one is a caliber 69.1. there are some more that I found with the same caliber but different designs...

Of course I'm well aware of the quality and price of Glashuttes for the new and recent models but the vintage ones seem pretty underpriced... or would it be the same reason for any vintage? (frankenwatch)

I am not an expert on German watches, and certainly am not qualified to comment on the originality or otherwise of this piece.

One thing I would say though is that not all Glashuttes are created equal! Glashutte is really the name for the German school of watchmaking, and while there are companies that use the name - Galshutte Original, Union Glashutte, I don't know whether the name on the watch necessarily means that it is part of the same company, or even whether they are all created equal - remember Breguet and Swatch are part of the same company.
