OK, I just watched the video, and I take back the "it's essentially pointless" post of mine above. After seeing the video I now officially love that watch!

(Wonder if it'll be on an 18mm tapering bracelet though! :poke: )

Pretty much like all of Tag Heuer's innovations.

Not sure about the protruding crystal. Love the rest though.

Someone on the rolex forums said they confirmed today that Rolex is only making one of these.

Correct, the case is 51.4mm.

Thank you Roff. This is NOT a production watch!

I'm really with the Perpetuelle guys on this one - their blogger wrote "Too bad the Challenge is “Experimental” only. This baby would sell like water in the desert. (hint, hint, Rolex)"

My feelings towards Rolex in general have been well documented in the past, but I would buy one in a heartbeat.

Yes. I'm sure there would be a few footballer knobs wearing this thing but, Rolex is innovating while their "competition" is adding celeb endorsements, python patterns, etc. IMHO, Rolex has taken some big Rolex steps this year. A 39k ft diver and a watch that adjusts via positions of the bezel? That is almost 30 years in Rolex time!

To be fair, Rolex does put form in service of function. I can't say that about Invicta.
