Loads of companies that 99% of members wouldn't have heard of today (Kienzle, B&P, TX, Callanen, Ritmo Mundo) but also some announcements from Maurice Lacroix. These aren't actually new announcements, they were made back in January, but may have slipped through for some people so I guess they decided to reissue.

New version of the Pontos Decentrique GMT - http://www.baselworld.com/global/show_d ... download=1

Two new Pontos Chronographes - http://www.baselworld.com/global/show_d ... download=1

And two new Masterpiece models - http://www.baselworld.com/global/show_d ... download=1 & http://www.baselworld.com/global/show_d ... download=1

This one's a little bit of 'get attention at any cost' to my mind.

The company is Ritmo Mundo and this is the puzzle watch - the bit to the right is one of those sliding puzzles and slides back over the face of the watch to replace the arabics with romans.

To each their own I guess!!

Oooo, that Pontos Chronographe Sport Full Black by ML looks quite tasty, but that Masterpiece Lune Rétrograde limited edition and the Masterpiece Le Chronographe Squelette limited edition look superb. Very nice.

What have Kienzle brought out this year Roff? They were always excellent value pieces in the past......

In general, how long after Basel are new releases available at AD's? Does that all depend on the size and purchasing power of the AD?

It depends on a whole bunch of things, not least how advanced the manufacturing process is, how good the supply chain is, and how quickly deliveries can be made. Sometimes you'll see watches that may take a year to be on general sale : others may be in the shops within a couple of months. It all varies by manufacturer.

Generally in previous years Breitlings pieces are usually in the shops within about 3 months, but even that varies a little by countries.

The Lacroix's do look good - but they are still Lacroix - yeah, I know - watch snob.

Kienzle has been a little quiet, nothing really spectacular, but value is still there:

Color range (release and photos):

and a Ladies Chrono (release and photos):

Hmmmmm, I'm not convinced by those at all. Some of their older models were much more classic in design.
