mine move, not much but they do, normally if i find the crown pressing the back of my hand give my wrist a little shake and its back in position.

dont like them too tight its restrictive.

i took the opportunity to switch from my right hand to left when i shattered both my ulna and radius for some reason after it healed i switched back and then when i got my first B made a point to waer it on the lfet, thought id clunk it less, think i might have beene wrong

This is actually a really interesting thread looking at the results! I just arrogantly assumed most people wore their watches like me (i.e. arm-side), but I guess I'm in the minority.

BTW, thanks for the bone education again doc! I've got a memory like a sieve!

I mostly wear on the arm side but sometimes the contraction of the wrist size causes the watch to drop to the hand side. I do not liek the watch hanging on my hand, feels very uncomfortable to me. Expecially since the World showed up. The larger framed watches are super uncomfortable (for me) hanging onto the hand.

Bone Doc...too funny! I am sorry for my ignorance on the anatomy of the lower arm. Just thought that name the best way to describe what I wanted to convey!!

Driver, you and I both find this interesting. I thought that I would be in the minority judging from the photos in the gallery. I know that many folks wear their watches much looser than I do...I cannot stand a watch sliding around on your wrist!

I have also noticed that with a metal bracelet that is cold in the mornings (metal is contracted) vice when it is warmer after wearing for a few minutes (metal expands), I get a slightly tighter fit as it warms up.

It all makes sense though...just like some people liking certain designs and colors of watches and others liking something entirely different. It has been said that if we were all alike, life would be very boring! I guess I am now in the "upper-arm-tight-watch-wearing" group! At least we all have Breitlings in common!!

You are fine. I just found it funny because D8 and I had this same anatomy sparring match a of couple months ago.

I definitely go for the tighter strap, watch on the arm side of the wrist. It's more a result of my chosen profession than anything else; spending a lot of time digging around in computer cases, if my watch slides down toward my hand I lose some of my hand's range of motion.

Interesting comments about the temp and swelling/contraction of the skin causing fit problems. My Sub drives me nuts some days because I can't adjust the band and it goes from sliding around all over to too tight depending on the weather. Guess I'm not the only one!

Really depends on the watch. For Breitlings I tend to wear them tighter and higher up on the wrist. I don't like it when the chunky crown digs into my hand.

I definitely like my watch to be on the loose side. I guess because
my arm is so fat, anytime the watch (no matter what type of band)
moves up above the wrist bone, it becomes very uncomfortable, even
irritating to the skin. For me, loose and below the bone. :)
