Can only echo the comments that others have passed D8 - a wonderful watch :D

Often thought that IWC had lost its way in recent years with some of their latest offerings, the BP remains true to IWC's heritage and earlier design philosophy.

A great queue jump!

Congratulations, my boy, you got there first! :) A truly magnificent
timepiece. I think our race to IWC ownership was to conclude with
a phrase something like, "Well done, Old Chap, well done!" I have no
champagne on hand with which to toast you, so I raise my half-filled
glass of Coca Cola and salute you. You have entered the pantheon
of horological immortality.

I hope to have my specimen (Ingenieur, Aquatimer '09, Pilot's Chrono --
don't know yet :?) by May. But savor your good fortune, my friend,
and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. :D

Thank you very much Steve! The sporting challenge raised by your good self was too great to resist, and in the spirit of all great sporting duels (Ali vs Foreman, Senna vs Prost, McEnroe vs Borg, and eerrr...... the Spice Girls vs Girls Aloud) I feel sure I was only able to push myself further as a result of the worthy opposition provided by such a fine and upstanding opponent as yourself.

To be honest it was just a pure stroke of good fortune that's prevented me from having to wait 3 months myself, or else our little race to the IWC prize would've been considerably closer. But rest assured my friend, I shall be toasting your IWC in two months time as if it was my own.

I'll keep your seat warm here in the pantheon of horological immortality!

As I said above I could wax lyrical about it at considerable length, but this is a Breitling place so I'll respect that and keep my waxing to a minimum!

As far as I'm concerned, wax away! I've been pleased to see IWC getting some more recognition here recently. :)
