All being well, it will be a reality one day Steve! To quote Wayne Campbell, "Oh yes........, it will be mine!"
The good old 'wish list' changes by the week, but the IWC BP is a FIRM fixture on there. The problem is that it's just at an irritating price point for me - not too much to be total dream-land stuff, but it's more than I've ever spent on a watch before..... and a little more than I'm really comfortable spending at the moment.
It could be one I end up sticking on interest free credit one day, just to take the sting out!!
I understand fully, my friend. For some time the Big Pilot was my dream watch, too. But that price! I could not justify it -- even if I had the money. To make matters worse I met several chaps who owned BPs, and they would let me try their watches on. Oh, the torture! When you finally acquire the great piece, you will become more of a hero to me than you are, even now. Really!!
