That is exactly what I need, but not at that price point! Orbita is wanting $295 just for the cup, electronics and motor asembly without a power pack... yikes. I am tring to find a cheap, dependable setup that I could build a 4-6 watch winder for well under $500. I might be dreaming but with the availability of a single Wolfe winder at $175, I COULD buy 4 of those (or in my case 3 more) take out the guts and set them in my own wood case. That would be under $800 for a solid wood winder.. still a little more than I want.
I went into Radio Shack and apparently I had the only question the DIDNT have answers to (Low RPM electric motor). I have a source online that have 3-4 RPM gear reduction 24vdc, which woiuld work but I still have to figure our the basic electronics and a cup (holder) of some sorts.
