I was just looking at your collection and couldn't help but think the Omega is outclassed. I know that you have mentioned it being your favorite daily wearer, but you have so many other higher grades it just seems....plain.

The Omega is a cool watch and it is very well built. I wouldn't say outclassed, it's not on the same level as the Navy Seals but it's still a really really nice watch. I like that it has the numerals on the dial and the vintage Omega logo. If I end up with the Extreme Alarm, the Planet Ocean will probably never receive wrist time, and it becomes expendable. We'll see, the Zenith needs to go first then I can decide on the next step.

That's the thing about the PO, you can have one in a collection with much higher-end pieces, and it still gets wrist time.

I am sure the PO is a really nice watch, and I was not trying to knock it as much as compliment your current rotation

No worries, no offense taken, appreciate the compliment. Selling the PO will actually hurt because i really enjoy it but i want an alarm badly!

I think you made the right call for what it''s worth; out of those two I would have sold the Zenith first. Exciting to hear about the EWA, that's a lot of watch. I'll be interested to see what you do with the PO!

Ha! Ha! I sincerely hope not. This watch collecting 'stuff' is suppose to be an enjoyable pastime - not bad for your health.

I like your decision, Zenith didn't do much for me. Good luck with your next acquisition!

Good choice. That Zentith does nothing for me since the open models arrived! Expecially that model Roff bought a while back.

Yes, Zenith liked that one so much that they insisted that it go back to them to be fixed :guns:

Yep, it went to Zenith North America a few weeks ago and they just advised that it's off to Switzerland.

It's true. The PO is an awesome watch.

I would keep both over that JLC. Agree the Zenith adds silver to your collection, but if you had to sell one, I would sell Zenith.

Breguet is too nice to sell. Not an easy choice. I like Tom's idea of keeping both and selling the car. Get a cheaper car, keep Omega.

+1
