Easy, my PAm 233. Rugged, accurate, good water resistancy, 8 day reserve, manual so reliable and something to look forward to, plus the GMT and AM PM indicator to keep track of home time. Plus if my strap case gets washed ashore I would have tons of options so less risk of boredom.

I was about to say Seawolf....but now I say Casio G-Shock! All digital display, 200M WR, perp. calendar, EL lighting, world times etc (for amusement/entertainment) and the biggest plus points: shock resistant and 10 yr. battery life!! :)

What about a Citizen Eco Drive? The sunlight would power the battery, its a quartz movement so its very accurate, and I do think they make a water resistant model.

Something without AR coating, I have almost blinded myself looking at my aquaracer on a sunny day. Also something with ridiculous lume.
