This one is awesome looking to me. Very rugged looking. Only if it wasn't so damn expensive for me!

This a very cool watch. 8) I like that it has a blue dial too, you don't see a lot of those with this brand of watch. I'm sure this watch looks great in person and on your wrist. It strikes me as one those watches with great wrist presence. Pull the trigger Legmaker72, you will be one of only 500 for this year’s model. Panerai has grown on me over the last year or so and I am very close to adding one to the collection. I am just trying to narrow it down to which model I want to start with but I would love to have something like this Panerai Luminor GMT 252 eventually. Take care. :D

I never liked the Submersibles myself. always found them to be quite ugly actually. To each their own though, and it is a well made dive watch.

I'm with you on this one Altair, although I must confess that I do still quite like the PAM 187 - http://www.essentialwatches.com/listing ... emID=12307

That 187 is cooler. I just don't like the cyclops on the other one

Ok...now this is nice D8! Much better. Now that I look at the other one I posted, I'm not a fan of the date magnifier either..
I just wish I could find a Panerai that I liked in the $2k-$3k range...

I like that more than any other Submersible I've seen.

The 187 is a nice piece, but it's a monster. 47mm, which considering how Panerai's wear, is HUGE! Bear in mind that a 44mm Pannie doesn't look much smaller than a Bentley, and you get some idea of how big this bad-boy looks. Add to that the 26mm lugs, and the device protecting the crown, and you imagine the kind of presence it has.

Oh and as it was a "proper" Limited Edition, it's hugely expensive too. :?

Never mind, as much as I like it, I still prefer the Manifattura pieces anyway! :D

Agreed. The bezels are too large for my taste on the Submersibles.

The only PAM I truly love is the 00212, and I don't even have any children to sell so I could purchase one.
