My God, I had no idea there were so many references to Holmes.
Poor Sherlock (the other Sherlock, the one in London, had he ever
really lived :( ) he must be spinning in his grave (had he ever had a grave, poor chap :? ).
This is all getting too weird. I think I'll finish reading "The Hound of the Baskervilles"
(for the hundredth time) and go to bed.

You guessed it, Sherlock. I've been a Bond nut almost as long as long as I've dug Mr. Holmes (the other Mr. Holmes :)).
Don't ask me why I chose Drax as my nom de plume. I guess because he was such a nifty bad guy (and he wore a "plain gold Patek Philippe" ) Actually I was thinking of using Professor Moriarty but it takes too long to type it out. :?
I'm sure we can be friends even if (sigh) you're not a fan of your
namesake.

Thats cool, I do love Bond tho 8) , the wife recently got me the full box set inc Casino Royale, fantastic sunday viewing slobbing on the couch!!
That is attention to detail about Drax and his watch!! i would never have noticed it!

Sherlock,

Drax's Patek was mentioned in the novel. I honestly don't know what
watch -- if any -- the celuloid Drax wore. :? I think that was the period when Bond (Roger Moore) started wearing all of those ridiculous
quartz watches. There for a few of the Bond flicks, I tuned out,
didn't pay much attention to any of the watches worn in the films.
Anyway, have fun watching the movies. We can talk about them any
time you'd like.
