DHL man dropped off a nice packaging containing a gorgeous Dupont pen, watch box and my knock around/diving Oris.

Got this watch for 800USD, you get more than what you pay for in terms of sturdiness and a very good movement for this price point. Display back shows the simple and minimally decorated movement, but the crows is ultra smooth like a Rolex and the seconds hand and date changing look like the 4K+ watches. the dial is VERY well made, and so is the bezel. Bracelet is very good for this price point though its no Breitling. Lume is good also. The finish on the case itself is......ok. Nothing to complain about but I had just gotten a Zenith two days ago so I am very hard to impress and easy to disappoint these days.

But for 800 USD and a 300M water resistance there simply is no competition.

I know Christmas isn't celebrated out there so are you just having your's whenever you fancy it?

I don't know, talk about hard to please........................only kidding!

That Oris is pretty nice - I like the face and the blue bezel.

Looks better on the wrist - but of course it should - and the bracelet looks good too, if not quite having the quality of the Breitlings - we are spoiled in that department tho'

So - enjoy and thanks for the pics.

Thanks guys. I think I under evauluated at first, too many fine watches I think I have ruined myself for anything less than a Breitling.

I am wearing it to work today and it is a very fine watch, they got the dial color down pat. In fact i prefer it to my Chrono Evo's dial color. Very nice share of Royal blue. It also wears nicely and has very good acuracy indeed. For 800USD you really cant go wrong!

Velly Nice! I saw a Massive Oris TT1 Chrono Diver at Costco yesterday when I was shopping... didn't realize how big that bugger is. Also picked up a wireless keyboard that doesn't work very well that I am typing on now that misses ever 10 keys or so
