This watch has me drooling all day long!

http://blog.perpetuelle.com/index.php/b ... -calendar/

The rose gold case looks more red gold in those pictures, and I suspect that is from the use of more than usual copper. Love it! The 42mm size fits the classy and dressy look of the watch and the symmetry and legibility is the best I have seen for a Perpetuale! The movement, finish and workmanship seem top notch! WOW!

price to be in the high 20s retail, though thats an estimation based on a similar older model with the same specs. If I can get the same deal I did get on my GO Counter XL.....

I love the way that GO maximise the size of the display back to really showcase the fit and finish of these movements. Price obviously isn't cheap, but still stands out for value compared with other gold perpetual calendars.

Bingo! They do this so perfectly well. The pictures are so drool inspiring and they are absolutely stunning in person. I'm often speechless when I flip these bad boys over at the AD.

IWC does a pretty good job as well but they still can't hold a candle to GO.

This watch is amazing.

Great looking watch. Not sure how I feel about the leap year indicator, but that probably wouldnt be a deal breaker if I were in the market for something like this (which of course, im not  ).

I like but don't love it, particularly the rose gold aspect, just not my favourite metal. Still I like the clean symmetrical clean, moonphase complication and awesome display back! No matter how I feel, that price is well out of my league anyway

Yes, that's a perfect one. I ordered it in Basel without any discussion (which is otherwise unavoidable).

Very nice Altair.

However, my choice would still be the IWC Portuguese in rose gold, which will, sadly, probably remain on my grail list forever.

Man, I tried one on at a "second hand" watch shop and loved it. What a beautiful watch. It was a great deal at $7k also. The only thing is that it had a squeaking sound while winding the watch. I wasn't sure if they're supposed to sound like that or the watch was malfunctioning.

As far as the GO .. it's beautiful also. I like that whole dial is used to tell time compared to some of their other models. I guess the eye site is getting worse as I age.

I agree that IWC does a great job on their display backs, but the level of detail and finish on the GO is at a completely different level. I have both brands and in a side by side comparison there is NO comparison.

Another gorgeous watch from GO. I prefer Stainless but that's one gold watch that I really like and it looks amazing on that black croco.

Yes! A GO perpetual larger than 40mm! (I think the only one before this was the ceramic, which just wasn't my thing in that price range). It looks fantastic. I will stop agonizing over whether to get a 40mm Senator Perpetual and just wait for this one. Thanks for posting this!
