Here ya go,

If a judge sentenced me to wear this as a punishment for some crime I could live through it.

Wouldn't spend $10,000 on it, but it's not bad (as Panerais go)

Exactly Roffensian,

At least the bracelet offsets the PLAIN look of the watch and helps divert the eyes from that "stamped" piece of plain carbon looking sheet metal that goes around the crown. It's tolerable.

And best of all there's only the two digits - we don't have to see the 6 year old's version of a 6 / 9

I knew you'd come round eventually - interestingly (to me) it's probably one of my least favoutire Panerai...can't see the point of a metal strap.

As to the shape of the 6 and the 9 - why do anything like everyone else...? (Of course that's not a reason in itself to like/dislike anything, I concede - however, I've got to tease you somehow!!)

Sportback,

Where the Hell have you been ? Now let's get something straight here, I haven't "Come Around" I said if a judge sentenced me to wearing one for committing a crime I could wear THAT one without dying from it. It's STILL designed for wearing while performing tasks such as plumbing, welding or landscaping !

In other words it's BLUE COLLAR,

I suspect that Brian would like it, being a guy that is supporting that end of things. Brian, get the 2 tone Cartier and then at least you will "look" like you have EARNED your dollars and want to KEEP them ! I promise that the Cape Cod's will help you along. Those who EARN, Have "Polish", Those who believe that they DESERVE what others have earned, USUALLY prefer the BRUSHED version. This is because THEY are not POLISHED !

Admin,

You are supposed to be out obtaining and REPORTING back to us about the Bentley GMT and others. We will just assume that you have had too many after dinner drinks and let it go.

I like a few Panerai's and that is definitely one of them, BUT it needs a bit of polishing up IMHO! I would have to insist on that!

It's odd that the real card-carrying Pannie fans don't like the bracelet. I think it's quite a nice looking thing, and as each link is made of two pieces screwed together it's obviously pretty well made.

One thing I don't like though is panerai's insistance on using titanium so much on quite a few of their models. Never been a fan of titanium other than for using in aircraft and hip replacements!

EXACTLY !

If it's not POLISHED the product was shipped before it was completed !
