Seems like a good idea but don't know how useful it may be.

No - I'm not conected in any way - wish I'd had the idea tho'.
Could be quite useful - a bit more insurance for owners & perhaps more so for any potential buyer - as long as it were popular enough.
If anyone's interested perhaps we could get a better deal with bulk registration - happy_chapie should get a fair old discount me thinks!!
