I was just wondering what is the most affordable way to get into this brand, new and used? I would love to get a PAM312 but I have the rest of my life to try and receive that grail of mine, I was thinking something a tad less. Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Anthony

You can get a Base PAM 000, 111, 112 for mid 3k. I got a 111 when I got the PAM bug, now im ready to upgrade. I also and thinking 312 or if i get more ambitious a 233 or the new 372 due out later this year. Good luck!

:yeahthat

I much prefer the sandwich dial of the 111 and 112. But yeah, those three models are pretty much a Panerai 101 crash course.

My advice would be go for the Base 000 or the 112, both beautiful watches in their own way. The only reason I went for the 312 was that I'm used with a busier dial but wanted something a bit more plain and thought the above models were too plain for me. I ended up going for the 312 a bit more expensive agreed but definently worth it.

Saying all that tho I would like to think I'll get a 000 someday!

Cheers
