As much as I want to look at a GO or a Corum, I simply must get my BB first. Once that happens, however long it takes, I will certainly look at the GO, Corum and anything that comes up between now and then, but I am a man of limited means at the moment.

Hey bud, which GO are you thinking of? The Sport Evolution?

It's an interesting read.

Good read, thanks for posting. Good to see they are growing.

There are three AD's here in Sofia so I will go check them out today and see what they charge here

Alex man, GO is something mmmm. I really have a soft spot for the Panomaticlunar XL, it's stunning grey on SS with the grey croco strap. Also the Panoinverse XL. Simply stunning. I might get a reasonable 4 piece rotation of Lings I can daily then pick up on of the GO pieces as my grail over time as I can afford to squirrel away the money, likely be 5 digit used. Obviously not commonly available either. This is like in 10 years.

Buddy I know its terrible  I keep thinking of what I should get next. I am waiting for my watch winder so now I have to fill it with something  I just spent two hours reading on Corum after this thread and I really like that its such a small shop. I guess when you get one its pretty elite. I will go for sure to check 'em out tomorrow at J.Vair Anderson Jewellers next to work. I am curious how it'll look on my tiny wrists  to be continued tomorrow...

Also found this, the always crying Cristinano Ronaldo wearing his iced Corum. Not sure if I want one now :nana:

I believe this is the watch Ronaldo's wearing...

Started doing alot of research since this thread as I'm really starting to like this brand a lot, but nevertheless am not sure about blowing £6k on a watch that I know so little about.

I Got my eye on a Deep Hull or Cup Competition 48.

Just wondered what you guys thought in terms of pricing?
Is it justified or overpriced for what it is? Is it another U-Boat?

My interest in Corum also increased after this thread. I went to an AD and tried a few on however given the size of my wrists the size was a bit big for me.

In terms of pricing I think its fair for a niche company such as Corum. If you look at their Bridge collection there are fantastic pieces pushing the envelop in terms of design, technology and craftsmanship. I believe they produce a limited amount of watches, at least much less than the bigger names out there. Also, some models have in-house movements which is a nice thing. I like the fact that other models are COSC certified, at least you are getting accuracy with the price tag. I am not too sure about U-boat so I won't comment. I can tell you that if you look in the secondary market for Corums the regular production models can be had at a nice discount. However, the limited editions keep their value.

Hope this helps

I would only buy the limiteds. Last two years they have almost all been limited and better watches too.

I LOVED the Admirals Cup watches circa 2004-2006. Now they have just gotten too "unique" for me. I know that's Corum's M.O., but...
