Was browsing through Orbita's website this morning and noticed the DO-IT-YOURSELF MODULE. Thought this was interesting for those Do-It-Yourself people out there such as myself. Has anyone ever purchased this and if so, can you take a photo to show off your creation for us all to see?

:D
HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I've seen those before, but they always strike me as a lot of cash for what they are. With a discount you can get a fully finished Orbita Sparta Deluxe for less than the list of the diy module. Obviously modules are very convenient if you want to make a huge custom set up, but they just don't seem all that cost effective to me.

:yeahthat

I looked into them a couple of years ago because I do have a woodshop in my basement and was going to make something up, but it just doesn't make financial sense - the cost of the modules, power supply, wood, etc make it a very expensive proposition unless you plan on building a very large unit.
