i was always surprised that there was not more of a Corum following on here. Great watch FEAR. I have a Admirals cup 44 chrono. Its beautiful and very versatile.

I not one for the "different" or off main stream watches but this one really is so sweet. I would go for it in a flash but I could not carry off a 48mm and its also probably out of my price range.

Its a extremely nice watch.

Ware in in good health.

I was never a fan of the Corums either. The crazy bubble watches and other weird colors and prints on the faces was way too over the top and comic like for me. That said the Admirals Cup models did catch my eye from time to time. As a result I couldn't resist buying the Admirals Cup Black Flag LE when it came out a year or so ago, limited to 100 pieces. Since then I've learned to appreciate the brand more than I had. Even though the watch is fairly big at 48mm the way the band exits the body from the bottom makes it much easier to wear on smaller wrists and wears really comfortably. It doesn't get as much wrist time now, as it once did, since I picked up my new Bentley GMT, but It still gets out there occasionally. It's a keeper for sure.

Only, they couldn't have been in color like on some other models.

i borrowed a friends black flag for a week when my watcher were all getting polished, and couldnt believe how comfortable it was and how many comments i got on it. i will wear it where i was wearing my gmt, mostly to work.

Of course, they would ruin this model.

This thread actually made me look at some Corums, I really like the 44mm Admirals Cup Black dial one. I need to find where they sell these near my house so I can check one out. Do they use standard ETA movements or modify them or what?
