hello all!
got me a new watch today.... my list of watches are always changing

.....
story:
I went to a small town near were i live to get my eyes tested... i knew there was a nice little watch shop that actually have some damn fine watches breitling omegas ect... as i walked by i saw they have a seawolf like mine but with a bracelet and wondered hmmm.... always been a bit curious so see how a bracelet feels on my wrist. so went in asked to see it along with a rather nice omega seamaster. i got talking to the lady who got the manager to come over when i started asking questions she dident know the answers to

and we got talking about omegas, he said he just got a beautiful new SEAMASTER AQUA TERRA i looked at it and dident really think much of it, but then he showed me the back! it blew me away! we sat down with a coffee and had a good old chat about the new omegas and there amazing new in house movements. i said to him i would get it there and then if it had a more interesting face to it... but it dident so i left withought it.
So i got home, dident even have my eye test because they couldn't fit me in! So i sat there and i just kept thinking and thinking about the omega and thought ok i have to look at the website and saw that they used the same movement in a different modal. one that is regarded as a bench mark for omega

. i saw it and just absolutely fell in love with it! i then, in a rather hasty approach, rang about 3 watch stores in my aria to see if they had the modal so i could take a look at it in person. I finally found a shop in brighton , very posh one i knew a few people in, and went down with my girl friend to take a look. took a wile but we got there and took a look....
It was even better in the person

looked at some other brands but i just Had to have the 1 i came for!
Me and my girl friend tried to take some photos of it but WE JUST CANT get photo's that truly complement the movement, its one of those see it in person things:
comes in a very nice wood box instead of the traditional leather box.

wrist shot:

the case itself is very interesting, the movement is set in a crystal sapphire case then the ss parts a added on-top of it. the results are that the back and all sides including the part were the strap is fixed are glass as badly photo'ed here:

the finish on the face is fantastic, i just love it!
