Well, I just got a new band for my Skyland L/E, and wanted to see if anyone else has opted to go with something different. I like mixing things up a bit and wanted to see if there are any other versions out there.

Not so much "rub off", but yes it can certainly be damaged. And if it is damaged you can't really touch it up, and you certainly can't polish it out. 
By the way I think that strap looks great!  Very rugged and very much in keeping with the watch. Nice one!

This strap does complement the look of the Blasksteel. But not being able to wear your AS on a Pro 2 Steel Bracelet? Ever? That's cruel, man! And that's why the BS versions never caught my fancy. But great looking combo. Enjoy! |
