Post subject:  My Grail,my Navi.
My watch interest has been there since i was a kid.
One day seven years ago i sat fot in a store in Bulgaria on vacation and they had fake watches of al the big brands,the only brand i knew about was Rolex,but there was one watch that singeled it self out of them al and that was the Breitling,i fell in love immediately.
I bought the watch but the times i used it there was always an issue with the bracelet not holding up the weight of the case.

This summer i desided to save up and buy my self a genuine Navitimer.
2 months after ordering i get the call and my dreams comes true.

Congratulations on making the leap to the real deal.

Read somewhere years ago that some makers are all to aware that eventually those who buy a replica will eventually buy the real thing. Its just a matter of time. You just restored my faith in human nature to prevail in the end. :wink:

Congratulations, as P51 says I started with a copy, then I won a competition at Uni and bought an "Infinity" which was a UK department store brand in the style of a Navitimer with my winnings and then several years later when I got a good promotion at work I bought my dream watch, a vintage Navitimer. Have recently added to the collection too with another vintage Breitling.

Your not crazy they are beautiful watches, my brother has just joined the club, buying a A22322 Navitimer and I've just bought a A21022 Cosmonaute as well to add to the collection!!
