Neither rare or "vintage", the caliber B78 thermocompensated "SuperQuartz" version of the Breitling model B-1 was introduced in 2003 and discontinued in 2006. They do appear for sale "pre-owned" every so often on the various watch fora sales corners and on the famous auction site as well. Best, Ron
