Is is a Sottomarino Italia ("SI") "Bund" kit. The Ebay seller (909nicholas) from whom I snagged a few of them has no more and says he can't get any more either. When he ran out of the SI buffalo leather pads, he started kitting the SI buffalo straps with Invicta (yuck IMO) calf pads which looked terrible IMO. Now he has begun to kit his leftover SI buckles with Invicta (yuck again IMO) calf straps and pads for a similar look. Here is his attempt at duplicating the SI kit...

Just for a lark I also picked up one of the white SI buffalo straps to try with the black pad and although it looks ok, I only did it for "watch picture fodder" as my wife used to say. I'll sell the white strap one day when I get a roundtuit.
It will sit in a drawer in the meantime. Here it is (B-1 this time) with the black pad...
Sometimes it's fun to kit the SI buffalo pad with a colored croco like this...
