I have had one of the new style breitling leather straps for around a month now and very much like them.
Very comfortable and IMO brings a more sport look and feel to the steelfish.
Heres a few pics.

Image

As you can see from the picture below the black leather has black stitching and red rubber type sides and bottom.

Image

It also has the colouring an the excess strap holders.

Image

Heres a picture of the rubber bottom of the strap,

Image

Heres a wrist shot.

Image

The new strap IMO is and improvement of the already top class breitling leather straps. i found that after a couple of days of wear the new style strap softened and was ready to wear correctly compared to the older breitling leather straps which seem to take an age to soften.
They also do the straps in black with white/blue or yellow rubber sides and bottom.

Regards

Col.

Not sure yet, but bet it's comfortable and probably very durable.

Looks great, I'm a fan of the new style of straps, just wish they made a deployant version.

Very cool! Are there any other color combos?

They were announced with the SuperOcean II last year with colours to match.

Black strap with black stitching ?!?!?

Does not compute. Are there any with the trade-mark black leather with white stitching?

The Breitling pendulum may have stuttered. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=46358

Hi Findo,

Can't answer your question on the black with white stitching, however Iam suitably impressed with the black on black I have
ordered a black on black with the white effect to wear with my blackbird and black dial Airwolf.

Will post pics when it arrives Friday.

Col.

Sorry Col. Meant to say that it still looks smart and on an equally smart watch. The black on black with the white effect would be good to see too.
