The SunRay pattern is truely remarkable. I have a SkyRacer with the same effect. Must admit though, never thougth of it in gold. Seems to work well though. Tell me, is the dial exactly the same colour as the case (give or take due to the patina of the case)? Jim |

Hi im, When Breitling sent the repair estimate they said the dial was tarnished or something like that. I'll know more about it when it returns from repair. About another 4-6 weeks. Maybe they clean it up? I also decided to put a diamond in the 12 o'clock rider tab in place of the dot Of course Breitling would have a fit if it would return for service with the diamond, so I'll buy a spare tab for the possibility. I think i'll like the diamond and my jeweler will do it for $50. |

If you send it for further service in the future you can swap the diamond back, and there by taking precaustions on anyone losing it, etc. Jim |
