I'm guessing it's an Aerospace with UTC in his wrist.

It's a blue dial Emergency with Co-pilot.

You can see the left side of the housing for the antenna protruding out of the left side of the watch head case. The antenna screwtop end is on the right of the case (hidden under his glove). Also the crown is too big for an E65 Aerospace or E75 Aerospace Advantage.
