The Blackbird Blacksteel is flying away to a new home and in its stead, this lovely Navitimer Montbrillant 1461 Jours. I really REALLY like this watch, it fits perfectly, and imagine it will look awesome on my brown croco. But I'm thinking it may be time to order a new Gold croco. ![]() |

My instincts were correct – Gold wins out over Brown on this one. Just ordered a new gold croco (the one in the picture is a regular length from before I learned they made short straps and, judging by the Grand Canyon sized extra hole, before it occurred to me there were tools for punching extra holes. Though the dial looks quite white in pictures, it is actually a cream/silver. Brown croco, darkened, not bad – ![]() Gold croco, perfect IMO – ![]() |
