Im thinking of buying another Navitimer because, I just sold a few watches and have some extra cash. The one I'm looking at is the 41.8 mm version A23322. I was wondering if anyone has one with a wrist shot on a wrist that is a little over 7 1/2 inches. I'm almost positive I want to get it just want to be 100% before I make the purchase. Thanks....

hope this helps, though my wrist is 7 inch only.
dial color makes a huge difference, u did not state which color u were looking at.
it is a matter of your personal taste, of course, whether you want an oversized watch.

Thanks everyone! I like the world but to me it is way to big. I try not to go past 45mm because it is very uncomfortable on the wrist. The standard Navi is almost 42mm and I think I can live with that.

Anybody else?

As the former owner of several Breitling models in all 3 colors, you have made me feel just a tad less bizarre today, Fred. Thanks!

thanks god the 01 LE comes only in black, Tom !

Feel slightly bizarre too, but nicely so.
Though it is only one watch, the rest is Photoshop magic

Also think of the body size. I have a small wrist, I don't even think it's 6 1/2", but I'm tall (6'3") and pretty built, so while I have a small wrist the Navitimer World, I think looks pretty good on me.

I like a watch with wrist presence, makes the wrist look powerful! :cheer:

well, that must be the reason why I fail to leave an impression at 6.4, rather massively built. It is the miniscule watches I am wearing.

Just my opinion - I don't care how tall you are, if the lugs hang over the edges of your wrist, the watch is too damn big. I had an AD try to feed me that line while trying to convince we I could pull of a Legend early on.

Okay, 7 3/4 inch wrist here.
Here's with my Fighters, which is actually 41.5 and a little taller:

This is with a 43mm Navi Heritage, which I sold last fall:

I'm happy with the traditional/Fighters size, maybe a little small in diameter but the height of the Navi makes it feel right. My Heritage was a pretty good size but the all-white combined with brushed metal made it look larger, and along with the height of the case, I was oftentimes concerned about hitting something with it. must admit, though, that blue Heritage above looks interesting, I'd like to see one someday.

I actually could end up where Fred is, with different colors of Navitimers. That white dial in traditional size looks nice, and I really like the blue dial version with luminous arabics to change it up a little.
