The regular strap is model 435X but because the added pad diminishes the effective length of the strap, I need the longer version for my 7 3/4" wrist. The pad is from a 22mm KHS "Raptor" Bund strap. In addition to the enhanced aesthetic "presence" the pad provides (IMHO), any perceived wrist discomfort caused by the caseback is obviated. The wearing comfort of this kit combined with the somewhat brutal appearance makes this my favorite pair of watch shoes by far. (What's that strap you're using?) Best, Ron
