The Breitling Cosmonaute has long been associated with our space program and the prop in the pic is an actual flight article from the program. Many will recognize it or have already read a description in an earlier posting. The pic may be simple but the complexity of technology as well as the "Endeavour" are certainly not...  Best, Ron

Last Christmas my wife gifted me with an upgrade, the 18 MP "Rebel T2i" (EOS 550D) which has both the 18-55mm lense and the 55-250mm lense, both being the new "image stabilizing" versions. I'm getting used to the newer camera and most of my "current" pics were made with it. I'll probably give the older camera/lense to my granddaughter (now 9 y.o.) who enjoys using the Canon cameras very much and fancies herself quite the photographer. Below are 3 shots she made in 2008,2009 and 2011 followed by a shot of her goofing off in 2009. Best, Ron PS. The Shuttle tile in that Cossie photo is now set in a window box frame and it belongs to the little one. I think she is going to take it to school for a "show and tell" on Grandparent's day which is the last day before her "Spring Break". Of course I'll be there...  PawPaw's two tone Old Nav 2008...  Her mom's B-Class 2009...  Her Grammy's Callisto 2011...  Playing with PawPaw's old flying stuff...  Yep. She can smile with just her eyes...

Amazing as always! I think I could look at your pictures all day btw, you should upload all of your favorite images to 500px I do most of my internet browsing on my iPad these days and the 500px app works great on it. Would love to see your stuff there Mario |
