Got the gray alligator strap from stonecreekstraps today. It is nicely done and very comfortable. Still not sure how I feel on its intended watch – the Chronomatic. My first impression on the watch was, “No, wrong strap!” Not sure, still feeling it out.

Looks pretty good; something about it makes me feel that it would grow on me, and I'd get to like it quite well after a while.

Does that type of deployant have a pin that fits in a hole on the strap?

Yes it does. Just so happens Jeanna gets her deploys from the same guy I do. He gave me her name and then I was given her name by a couple ADs here who use her straps personally. I am warming to it. I will say it is the most comfortable strap I've worn and the tail is thinner than a Breitling which reduces the bulk on the underside of the wrist which I like.

Thats a grogeous strap, not sure if it works on there but the strap looks incredible. I want one.

Yes, yes. I have both including a brown tentatively awaiting the "extra."

It is lighter than in the pics and certainly not blueish as the wristies suggest. I'm so used to jet black or shades of brown the intial impression on the watch so shocking. I'll keep it this way for a couple wears and decide.

I like it, but a brown , gold or honey croc may have worked just as well

I've work it with brown calf and croco and they do work very well. An old beater gold croco didn't work well IMO because of the black part of the bezel.

I really like it Shark. I think it's a great change from the typical black and browns that Breitlings normally are seen on. I think it pulls out the hour markers as well as the square boxes that frame the subdials.

It's terrible!! If I were you I'd sell it right away. I'll even take it off your hands if you want.

On a serious note, I think the strap looks great although I'm not sure if i like it on that watch. Do you have any photos of the under side of the strap and how it looks on the bottom of your wrist? Also does that strap taper?

Same size as a 22/20 Breitling. I've decided it requires some darkening.
